intent: plain words, real numbers
Real events from the store, newest first. Red dot: a sale or a shipment. White dot: a decision the software made on its own.
The store works like a normal company with six departments. Every department is software. This is what each one does.
Advertising
Creates ads, publishes them, watches the results. Gives more budget to ads that sell and turns off ads that lose money, without asking anyone.
Marketing
Writes and sends the store's emails: welcome series, order updates, review requests, win-back campaigns.
Customer service
Reads every customer email and answers the routine ones itself: where is my order, what size should I take. Hard cases go to a human.
Creative
Makes the pictures and videos the ads need: product shots, model imagery, short clips. Generated, reviewed, and reused when they perform.
Supply
Orders stock from suppliers before it runs out and follows every parcel from the warehouse to the customer's door.
Finance
Pays the suppliers, tops up the ad account when it runs low, and keeps the books. Every payment has a guard against paying twice.
Three engineers in Delft built this in five months. A few dates that show how the software earned its independence.

21 Feb 2026
Day one. An empty project.
02 Apr
Customer service goes live. The software starts answering routine emails from day one, with safety checks around it.
06 Apr
First real authority. The software gets permission to turn off losing ads by itself. No approval step.
23 Apr
First sale. It arrived in the middle of a technical outage. The system recovered on its own and the order shipped.
22 May
Money starts moving itself. Supplier payments and ad-account top-ups become automatic, with guards against paying twice.
01 Jun
This page's data feed opens. The store starts publishing its numbers publicly. Only safe totals, nothing private.
19 Jun
More independence. After weeks of scoring its own drafts against human answers, customer service starts replying to routine emails fully on its own. The difficult cases still go to a person.
